Common Giving is a campaign that I started in 2014 and I continue to lead it today. Common Giving aims to amplify the impact of the existing charities and non-profits primarily through fundraising. In 2016, I extended its operation to provide pro-bono digital services to its partners and like-minded organizations under the banner of 'Common Giving Labs'. Currently, our primary areas of focus are orphan sponsorship, education, and responding to urgent relief.
I did the branding of Common Giving, including it's logo and other visual assets.
The logo symbolizes rain as calamity and umbrella as safety. It encourages to share our fortunes with the less fortunate ones so that no one is left out.
I updated the logo later in 2016 and gave it a more modern look
How Common Giving Works:
I recently updated the Common Giving website by building upon the Flatfy theme. I re-organized the information, and provided some visuals instead of (in some places, in addition to) textual descrption to make it more easy to follow.
